قاضی دادگاه سیار

english

1 Law:: circuit court judge : In Iran, a circuit court is one that takes cognizance primarily of matters relating to frontiersmen and nomads. In the U.S., a circuit court is one whose jurisdiction extends over several countries or districts, and whose sessions are held in such countries or districts alternately. These courts usually have general original jurisdiction (HCB). In England and Wales, a ‘circuit’ is a division of the kingdom (now seven in number), each comprising several countries. [In both England and the U.S] An ‘errant’ is a word attributed to justices that go on circuit, and to bailiffs traveling from place to place to execute process (JBS). A ‘circuit judge’ is any of the judges appointed under the provisions of the Courts Act 1971 from among barristers of not less than 10 years’ standing and solicitors who have been recorders for at least three years. They sit in the county courts and the Crown Court and may, by invitation of the Lord Chancellor, sit as High Court Judges. All judges of the county courts and other judges of comparable status were made circuit judges in 1971 (ACDL).
